A playable character in The Binding of Issac that looks like one of the shopkeepers the player will encounter when they enter a shop or Greed that will occasionally show up in secret rooms or take over a shop, making it so the player can't buy any consumables or items in that shop. Keeper has a health system that relies on money and he can't take half damage as any damage will deal full damage as if the Keeper started the run on the Womb. The Keeper is depicted having a gray/grey body, empty black holes where the eyes should be and a noose around the neck.
