Reuben, also known as Experiment 625 ("six-two-five"), is one of Dr. Jumba Jookiba's genetic experiments in the Lilo & Stitch franchise. A golden furred koala/marmot-like alien creature, he has all of his "cousin" Stitch's abilities, plus increased English fluency, but is normally too much of a lazy coward to fight, much to his partner Gantu's annoyance. He was only known by his experiment number until Lilo named him in Leroy & Stitch (2006), where he also turned over a new leaf and stopped being lazy. He has a sarcastic demeanor and a love of sandwiches, which he is very skilled in making; in fact, his love of sandwiches caused Lilo to name him after one.

Prior to his canonical debut in Stitch! The Movie (2003), he appeared in Lilo & Stitch prequel comics shown in Disney Adventures magazine around the time of the original film's release. Back then, he had a teal-blue fur coloration and worked as Jumba's lab assistant at the time of 626's (Stitch's) creation.
