Blood from the nose. Normally a sign of physical injury to the nose itself, nosebleeds can also be caused by severe injuries to the neck and/or internal organs, like impalement or a slit throat.

Realistic depictions of blood should be rated questionable or higher, but small amounts of blood (such as minor cuts and scrapes or cartoony nosebleeds) can be rated safe.
