Mega Evolution (Japanese: メガシンカ MEGA SHINKA) is a transformation introduced in the Generation Ⅵ who affecting Pokémon. Mega Evolutions are identified by having "Mega" in front of their name.
Currently (since the Generation Ⅵ), there are: 48 Mega Evolutions for 46 Pokémon capable to mega evolve. Only two Pokémon have two different Mega Evolutions: Charizard and Mewtwo.
For the sake of searchability, Mega Pokémon should NOT be tagged as their base form, unless there's one present in the same image.
For example:
