Wouldn't you know I slept through an entire class and woke up to the professor doing a David Blaine stare at me. To be fair, I didn't think I have found a solution to sleep. Still doesn't.

That is state by state, and sometimes city by city. The only state to actually prevent plastic bag bans is Texas, which overturned plastic bag bans in a few Texas cities in 2018, which I expected to happen but was disappointed by nonetheless.
Anybody here who lives in the states have to be charged 10¢ a bag wherever you shop? Or the “Carryout bag fee”?

Yup, I think my problem lies in that I still mostly draw on Paint and color/shade on Paint.NET. I've heard of GIMP and Krita. At least one of them should have autosave, right?
