Cub content usually does not appear in any reverse image searches unless you look in Inkbunny specifically.

In this case, I artificially enlarged the image and then put it through Google Image Search again just for the sake of it.
Google picked up 1 result, but it was from a XML sitemap instead of a proper source because Google does the dumb and doesn't allow you to download from the source itself.

I still managed to get the original source link through the Inspect tool and found this:

Hi, so i’m trying to look for a picture here on e621, the picture from what I can remember is like two foxes cuddling, both Male.
The picture itself I believe is rated as safe as there is no sexual hints at all, plus both are clothed (in one version they seem to be wearing sweaters and another is them in a vest and boxers, both cuddling).

I think one fox had like pale blondish fur similar to that of a fennec and Corsac, and the other was a red fox. I can’t guarantee if the first one is a fennec or corsac as I can’t remember.

I can’t remember who uploaded it and I attempted to find it but couldn’t so it’s possible it’s been deleted.
I believe the tags likely related to it are “Fox, Male/Male, rating:safe), it’s possible that it might be under questionable as I have seen some images which are marked as such despite implying to be safe.

Mostly I want to find it so I can see its source and find out who done it.

There's a character named Dragoen that sometimes appears young, is sometimes bound, and very often appears with strawberries. However, I can't find a picture that matches all of your criteria at once. Check their furaffinity though, it has a bunch of pics not on e621. (You'll need an account to view nsfw there, if you don't already have one.)

I had to put the crop into Yandex Image Search, then get a bigger crop from a Tails NSFW compilation video, then reinsert the bigger crop into Yandex again.
Probably could have avoided all that by searching for miles_prower blush bound.

The set was drawn in a monotone, sketchy style and went through incest between an Eevee and a Sylveon. It was feral, and had a Leafon as a side character in some way.
