Tamanuus are a species with unicorn/equine/bird and on occasion dragon like features and scrolls for tails. They collect souls by giving you one wish, and you sign your name on their tail (like a contract) and then your wish is fully fulfilled the tama takes your soul when you die. The souls they collect are trapped in the lantern on their tails. They also like to use the lantern for light when they read their tails or when in dark places. Their power depends on how many souls they've collected. The tail itself grows after each name is added, (as do their wings~) so it never runs out of room for new names.

She is a "Hexed tamas" so instead of being born into this world as a tama, they were once some other species, that has been corrupted by a tamas touch and have now become a tama themselves. But with a twist of course ^_- some are created without wings, and they come with horns that have split into 2-3 broken looking horns, and of course in their lantern they hold their old self's skull.
