Shylar is a shygirl O.C. created by Noill. She is most easily identified by her orange hair splitting into two pigtails on the sides of her head, along with her primarily-yellow and partially-blue shygirl outfit, which, according to design, easily reveals her blue thong underneath. She is apparently the mother of ShyBomb, from which it can be observed that she has a very caring nature about her.
