Not likely, since as stated here, they are technically compatible with every single current sex-gender tag in use. Namely:
(sorted by physical sex complexity)

• female
• male
• altersex ('intersex')
• (this category only contains the 'cuntboy' and 'dickgirl' based on this post and this post among others
• herm
• this tag is used to refer to any character with at least a penis and vagina both visible

(See here for a more detailed explanation)

The only known tag conflict in the system is the herm tag, which is used as a broader category in this system, rather than a specific sex-gender tag. i.e

• herm
• femaleherm
• maleherm

But this can be fixed by either using a different tag for the sex-gender (e.g. herm -> femaleherm), or a different tag for the grouping (herm -> hermaphrodite) etc.

2. Why are the names so damn long? ^

Full tag names are the most intuitive to remember and use, while being as disambiguous as possible to avoid potential mixups.

That's not to say you have to type them out every single time though. (See FUQ 3)

3. Do I have to type out tags like 'herm_penis_vagina_breasts_testicles' every single time? ^

Absolutely not!
In fact, with use of alias shortcuts , the longest tag shortens to 6 characters (/hpvbt), which is the same length as the female tag; which already exists

4. Why does this system use 'vagina' and 'testicles' instead of 'pussy' and 'balls'? Are you opressing my right to use explicit slang terms on tags?

Not exactly; both balls and pussy conflict with breasts and penis respectively, which

• make the tag order harder to remember
• makes the aliaes non-unique and harder to remember

The system can be seen as a sort of addition to the basic physical gender tags on e621; namely:

Binary Sex

• female
• male

Altersex ('intersex')

This category only contains the 'cuntboy' and 'dickgirl' tags at present, based on this post and this post, among others:

• 'cuntboy' ¹
• 'dickgirl' ¹

Hermaphroditic

This category is used to refer to any character with at least a penis and vagina both visible:

• herm
• femaleherm ²
• maleherm ²

¹ - Alternative terms for dickgirl and cuntboy have been proposed and discussed in the following places:

² - The alternative prefixes, gynoherm and androherm have been proposed as a replacement for femaleherm and maleherm respectively.

This was done to avoid confusion with the female and male tags

Goals of this Conjunctive tagging system

There are ~3 main goals:

1. Alleviate potential confusion between physical gender, and stated/inferred gender.

This is done by (optionally) identifying characters based on their physical features, rather than just a broad physical gender tag (female, male, 'intersex', herm) only

1a. Keep the additions compatible with the existing tags mentioned in 1.

2. Make the addition as easy to use and remember as possible

3. Make the addition fully compatible with implications and aliases as possible
