Rocko Rama, simply referred to often as Rocko, is a male wallaby and the eponymous and main character of the television series Rocko's Modern Life and the comic book series of the same name. He has a pet dog named Spunky, and he is friends with Heffer Wolfe and Filburt Shellbach (aka Filbert Turtle).

He attempts to get the attention of Melba Toast in the original RML series, but ultimately fails. He later dates Alicia and Sheila, and in general he has a weakness for women.

He usually just wears shoes and a blue shirt, with a cartoon null bottom. He has been at times shown in tighty whities, especially in "Seat to Stardom", where he works as an underwear model and has his body photographed. There is also a time when he wears a jockstrap with his shirt.
