Doctor Paula Hutchinson is a female cat and a secondary character in the 90's animated cartoon series Rocko's Modern Life. As the series went on, she came into a relationship with Filburt until they finally ended married and had four children (one cat daughter two turtle sons and, inexplicably, one bovine son). The marriage was a turning point in American children's cartooning, as the executives were at first against having major plot developments which would change the status quo on such programs.

Her notable characteristics are her interchangeable jobs, her tilting her head sideways when she says "K?" and a hook prosthetic on her arm.

Her parents are a turtle father named Frank and a cat mother known only as "Widow Hutchison".
