When cum is depicted inside of a character's stomach through an internal view. If a character has a transparent belly or translucent body, cum may be seen in their stomach without an internal.

If the cum is not depicted in an internal view of the stomach, or not seen through translucent/transparent body, an external view of a character's belly full of cum should instead be tagged as cum inflation and bloated.
