When a character is shown biting their own, or another character's ear.

This may be done playfully or affectionately by another character, it can also be seen as a sign of possessiveness and/or dominance. When a character bites their own ear, it may be done as a cute or seductive/flirty pose, or done as a self-soothing mechanism. Feral characters may bite ears as a part of play fighting or grooming.

As the ear can be an erogenous zone, a character biting another's ear may be done to flirt, or as a part of foreplay, an ear bite might be done while also performing fingering or a handjob on the "target"; ear biting may be seen during sexual intercourse as well, sometimes indicating rough sex.

Tagging Notes

• Not to be confused with a notched ear even with a "notch" resembling (or even created by) a bite taken out of the ear.
• If the character is biting their own ear(s), tag self bite as well
• If the character is chewing or nibbling on the ear, use ear nibble
