The Horned Rat is a character from Warhammer Fantasy

The Horned Rat is a minor Chaos God and the deity worshiped by all of the Skaven.

By the time of Warhammer: Age of Sigmar, it has replaced Slaanesh (the Chaos God of Hedonism and Debauchery) as the fourth major Chaos God, after the latter was captured by the Aelven Gods, and renamed itself as "The Great Horned Rat". Despite its ascendance, it is hated amongst the Daemons and Gods of Chaos for being a verminous upstart.

In Total War: Warhammer II, the Horned Rat was given its first physical appearance and acting as the major antagonist of the game, manipulating four of the playable factions in an attempt to manifest into the material plane and conquer the world.
