A character licking their own or (more likely) another character's ear.

Ear licking is usually done as a sign of affection and playfulness, with anthro characters mimicking the grooming behaviour done by their feral counterparts. It is also commonly seen in sexual contexts, as the ear is an erogenous zone, with a character licking their partner's ear to arouse them, or stimulate them during sexual activity.
