The name comes from the matryoshka doll, or Russian nesting doll. These are a children's toy that contain a smaller version of itself, which also contains a smaller version, and repeats.
Tagging guidelines
Do not add this tag if the 'occupant' is:
- Not/partially in the womb
- Not penetrated
Other instances should be tagged penetration tunneling or living condom.
