This unnamed character — referred to officially only as "Ippan Josei" (Japanese for "Ordinary Woman") — appears in My Hero Academia, debuting in chapter 310 of the manga and and episode 133 (season 6, episode 20) of the anime adaption. According to series creator Kohei Horikoshi, her not having an official name is intentional, as she is made to be symbolic of the civilians that the heroes save throughout the series.
In her debut, she is attacked by a group of civilians that mistake her for a villain, but she's saved by Izuku Midoriya. She's a citizen at the Musutafu in the Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, and she has a timid and sweet personality. Like Izuku, she is prone to crying.
She is a female quirked human that stands at approximately 3 meters (9'10" ft) tall. Her mutant quirk gives her the general appearance of an anthropomorphic fox-like creature, with cyan and white fur, long blonde hair, blue eyes, and long blonde eyelashes. She is most often depicted wearing a red button-up shirt, black pants with a brown belt, brown and white shoes, a gold armband on her right wrist, and a red and gold headband on top of her head. Her height and tight-fitting clothing put emphasis on her voluptuous figure compared to other characters. It is unknown if her quirk provides any powers aside from her appearance.
