This is the equivalent of all fours for when the character has their back towards the ground instead of their stomach. The character's feet or knees should rest on the ground along with either their hands or their shoulders, causing their back to arch.

Not to be confused with:

• bridge_position: When a character is doing something similar to a bridge_pose while having sex, the bridge_position tag applies instead.
