A tool in bondage (or medicine), specifically designed for binding of the jaw and/or limbs. Traditionally, looks like a black series of belts or straps, much like a straitjacket has. Often attached to a bar or bed of some kind, but also comes in loose versions or as an attachment for chains (for the hanging up on chains fetish, for example).

Not to be confused with binder_(clothing), the item used to contain and flatten breasts, though they may both be present.
