The stasis chamber based machine as depicted in Pokémon: The First Movie, and its 2019 remake Pokémon: Mewtwo Strikes Back.

Each clone machine features a green tube filled with an unknown liquid and a black rubber base. In the movie, these machines were used to create clones, which descended down the tube and emerged through the base. In fan art the machines are used just as often to cause transformation.
