This tag should be used when a post references the May 19th, 2023 change in FurAffinity's Uploading Policy.
It should not be added to posts which do not directly reference the policy, such as examples of content that would not be allowed on FA under the new policy, or content explicitly allowed by the policy.

Background

On May 19th, 2023, FurAffinity published a journal entry announcing a change in policy regarding content featuring underage characters.
Previously, the uploading policy had prohibited uploading artwork featuring "real or fictional humanoids with a childlike body or younger than 18 years old, and any adolescent animals or fantasy creatures".
The updated policy would now also cover Pokémon and Digimon characters that have childlike proportions or look like adolescent humans or animals.

The announcement had caused criticism due to alleged vagueness and failure to define childlike proportions within the policy itself.
As a result, a number of artists preemptively deleted their artwork and left the site.
