Describes a taur character who is pregnant both in the upper (anthro/human/humanoid) and lower (feral) halves of their body.

Note that "double" here refers to the upper and lower halves, and not the total number of pregnancies. If a character has, for example, a multi-segmented lower body with each segment bearing a pregnancy, they should still receive this tag so long as they are also pregnant in their upper half.
