Any image that can be broken up into an even number of rows and columns, but one or more intersections do not line up like a typical grid layout would. The images do not have to be related for this tag to apply.

Both horizontal and vertical staggering exist for this concept. Vertical staggering examples are less common.

For a typical grid, use the <count>_frame_grid format instead.
