Shirt around waist can describe two similar concepts:

1. A shirt tied around a character's waist
2. A shirt pulled down to the wearer's waist, usually involves a tube top, or button up shirt which can be pulled down past the shoulders without damaging the neckline of the shirt.

Note: If a character has a shirt tied around their waist, it should not be tagged as tied shirt.
