When a character's uvula is visibly moving in an animation, or implied to be moving in a still image by its position or through motion lines or afterimage. The uvula may be shown swinging back and forth, bouncing up and down, or swinging outwards.

A swinging uvula may happen when a character is breathing with an open mouth, yawning, singing or particularly while burping
