pinned to character
When the surface a character is being pinned to is another character instead of an object.
In order for this tag to be applicable, the larger character must be acting as a surface to pin against. For example in post #3334261, the micro is being pinned by fingers (so pinned_by_finger), and pinned to various parts of the larger character (so pinned_to_character).
