Gadget Hackwrench is a character from the Disney animated television series Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers. Gadget, the lone female of the main cast, is a mouse and the Rescue Rangers' resident mechanical genius, capable of building nearly any device out of garbage and scrap. Both male leads, Chip and Dale, were shown to have at least crushes on Gadget, and occasionally squabbled over who got to do something that might impress her, but due to the family-friendly nature of the show, no true romance was ever depicted.

Canonically, Gadget is the size of a real mouse, meaning she's about three inches tall. Curiously, images of the character usually do not ignore this, choosing instead to draw her, for example, using the eraser end of a pencil as a makeshift dildo.
