Darwin is a deer character by tinydeerguy. He is asexual, and represents tinydeerguy's more analytical and careful side (think the superego). Matt Riskely is Darwin's roommate; Matt has shown sexual interest in Darwin, but Darwin does not reciprocate. Matt has pantsed and teased Darwin and acted outrageous, but Darwin keeps Matt as his roommate because deep down he likes Matt (as a platonic friend).

As seen in the Christmas gift image, Darwin is not happy to receive underwear as a gift, and it's something merely utilitarian (while Matt is excited to receive underwear). Darwin usually wears briefs and boxer briefs in classic trims, with the former being somewhat more common.

Darwin went to the same school with both Gary and Sam.
