Usually an extension of urethral bulge or a result of cock vore, this is when something passing through the urethra of a character's penis can be seen bulging through their perineum. In some rare cases, that bulge can extend past the bend where the penis becomes internal, and be visible through the walls of the rectum, at which point it's called a rectal bulge.
