In this case, they do need to be uploaded again.
The paysite versions uploaded earlier is much larger and higher-quality than the Twitter versions.

Now that you mention it, the released pics are a lower resolution than the ones uploaded here and now deleted.

Also one of those 5 pics is still up. It's the superior resolution, leaked version instead of the smaller, publicly-released version too, tho the source lists the latter which I guess is why the mods mistakenly didn't delete it. The flagging system doesn't let me convey this information. Should I report it or what?

Yeah but it doesn't let me explain that the pic in question is the bigger, unreleased version of the smllaer, released pics in the source, so I fear I could get punished for false-flagging.

None of the flag reasons have an extra reason field anymore. You aren't going to get punished for making a false flag in good faith.

IIRC, only the now-removed "uploaded in the last 48 hours" had a reason field. All the others never had one, though I kinda wish they did. Every flag option has a chance to need explaining, and there's no way to do that except to make a comment on the post (which can be a problem if the post already has and gets more comments, burying your reason), which outs you as having flagged it (despite the flagger name being hidden from normal users everywhere else).

Other reasons used to have text fields, but they were removed due to abuse or misuse
The 48 hour reason was removed, due to abuse, misuse, and a lack of need

Also, when I click on Reply in a given forum post, it scrolls up to the top of the page with no reply box visible. I have to click on the Reply>> at the bottom of the page to get the reply box open, and it will have the desired post quoted already.
