ancillary head

A smaller head attached to the body of a multi-headed creature with one primary head that is larger than all other heads. These ancillary heads typically have a long, serpentine body but do not have any limbs of their own. Typically the primary head is attached where the head of a single-headed creature would attach, with multiple ancillary head attached in a group from one part of the body (i.e. the base of the neck or the scalp of the primary head).
The replacement of an existing limb or extremity with a singular head (i.e. tail_head or head_hands) is not considered an ancillary head per this tag, however a replacement of a limb with multiple heads can be considered applicable to this tag (i.e. sylene_(blissey1)).
An ancillary head must be a full head, not just a mouth/maw. For this reason, snake_hair does not imply ancillary_head as some examples of snake hair only have mouths, although most posts tagged with snake_hair do fit the ancillary_head tag.
