I checked this morning and noticed that it is behaving normally (correctly hiding blacklisted images) on firefox (71), but not on chrome (81). Viewing from the index as before.

I also cannot reproduce this using your blacklist. It applies correctly for me here on Chrome 81.

ctrl-shift-i and see if there are any errors in the console tab.
Apparently, I'm have this issue where I can't change my Profile picture anymore. Do you see this Eevee pic I have over there? I added that months ago. And the "Set as Avatar" button doesn't work for me anymore. And trust me, I've tried on multiple platforms too. Tablet, phone, Computer. Hell, I even tried it on my web browser for the Amazon Fire stick TV. Every time I click on "Set as Avatar", I'll get a message from the site itself asking "Set as avatar? Yes / No", and I'll click "Yes" and refresh my page. It doesn't change. Please fix this annoying bug.
And if it'll help, I'll have you know that this issue only started when E621 got its remake couple of months ago. Lets be honest, the old e621 format was way better.

Strange that it isn't working from a post page, but you can always change it from your Account Settings page by entering the new post ID.
Edit: Tested it myself, it's working for me on posts. Using Avast browser, which is largely Chrome based.

Lol I've tried that, too, believe it or not. I only did it once though. I'll try one more time. I doubt it'll work though

Wait never mind! I figured it out. Only reason why my Settings wernt working was because my comment threshold er somthing said it must be greater than -50000. So i type in "1" and it finnaly worked! Yay!

Partial encode seems to work. (I tried full and that errored as well. e6 should really fix this on their side.)
[BUG] Nude results of Beastars-related content still show up in the search results after blacklisting NSFW results
I finally saw Beastars and I loved it. I knew I blacklisted it, so I tried specifying in the blacklist that now I'm curious for clean Beastars content, but it showed NSFW results, too. This is a major issue for those who are emotionally sensitive to seeing Beastars characters in rather compromising situations.
Blacklist, Posts tab
After saving your settings, NSFW Beastars content should be filtered out.
This bug allows Beastars porn to go through the filters of those users who are not willing to see yiff of those characters from their respective manga and anime series.
Go to the Account tab, then head to the Settings menu. Type the following syntax into the blacklist: beastars -rating:safe -legoshi_(beastars) -haru_(beastars) with -female being blacklisted and save your settings. If you go back and search for the Beastars tag, the blacklist gets confused and both clean fanart AND porn will show up in the search results.

Thank you, but it didn't resolve the problem. It really is a bug, it seems. I edited it with alternative blacklisting entries with the same meaning, but it ultimately didn't fix the issue. Then I reverted it back to the original state with debugging intent.
Wildcards are no longer recognized when searching for Sets.

If that wasn't an exclusion on the rating, it should be. beastars -legoshi_(beastars) -haru_(beastars) -rating:s.

Hmm, wouldn't that only blacklist non-safe beastars pics that don't have Legoshi or Haru? i.e. if one of them are in the pic, it'll be shown regardless of rating?

Yep. You would have to use two separate lines to ensure you only get pictures of them together:
beastars -legoshi_(beastars) -rating:s
beastars -haru_(beastars) -rating:s
searching favorites with order:random stops me from going past the first page. the next page button just isn't there.

you'll find that's the case with any order:random
because pagination doesn't apply with random order; if you want another page, just refresh
Long usernames are properly soft-wrapped on the base comment index (screenshot ), but extend into the comment itself in comment searches, including the "comments on my posts" page (screenshot ).
e926 also seems to have a problem where sometimes there's an empty space where a hidden post's thumbnail should be, while other times the comment alone takes the full space (screenshot ).

I can't find if someone said this already, but...
The WEBM videos are absolute pain to preview. Even if it loads all the way, it constantly stops to "load" the video, or the bar shows video playing, but the image is frozen. Even when clicking "download" (which brings me to the new tab with video on it that I can then save), the same happens.
I cannot determine if I want to favorite the video or not because I cannot really preview/watch it, only way to find out is to download it and play it offline. Browser's video player works fine when I drag and drop the downloaded video into new tab. Its something about watching it online being not possible.
I know it wasn't this bad before, either some change to the website or to browser broke the ability to play WEBMs properly, dunno which one.
(can't find any online WEBMs outside E621 to test it)

As far as I can tell this is related to the first character being for an inline code block and it fails to start the normal paragraph wrapping that it does. I suspect that any dtext that begins with a block element(or special cased in the parser, like inline blocks) behaves like this. Given the construction of the dtext parser, this is probably going to be difficult to fix without breaking many other behaviors. As a work around add any character before the message, even a space should create the intended behavior, as that forces creation of the normal surrounding block.

Noticed an another bug. I thought that this has already been reported, but can't find it in the thread. So here goes, sorry if it's a duplicate: Account -> Comments on my posts doesn't show all of the comments. For instance, one of my uploads (post #851253) got a new comment 17 days ago, but it doesn't show up for me.
When I try to upvote one of my own comments on a post, e621 tells me:
An unexpected error occurred.
Since it can be expected that people will try to do this, the error message should instead be something like:
You can't upvote your own comments.
The old style of URL for the post index (/post/index/1/) seems to have trouble handling decimal points.
Was using the Discord bot (which still uses the old URL style) with ratio search terms. A search term with a single decimal point will round the number down (e.g. https://e621.net/post/index/1/ratio:>1.5 becomes https://e621.net/posts?tags=ratio:>1) while searching with two search terms containing decimal points (e.g. https://e621.net/post/index/1/ratio:>1.5+ratio:<1.8) brings you to a blank page containing just the text "not found".

Huh, that works fine with Firefox, but it still gets rounded down on Chrome. I guess this issue is partly caused by how browsers process URLs.

There was a problem with a database table and updating it was taking a very long time. I have resolved the issue and will look for a good way to prevent it from happening in the future.

It looks like there might be two paths that ended up contributing clothing somehow. I'll have to look into how these graphs are followed and constructed, because it does seem odd that we're getting duplicates within the implications system when they shouldn't be allowed to be constructed that way.

The implication already existed: https://e621.net/tag_implications/11716, so I assume that there's something wrong with the duplicate checking.

On the topic of the tags in place of the image, another bug I've noticed is that when the tags are shown, it expands the field they're in vertically, which stretches the whole post/page they're in. Even when the images would load before, it wasn't abnormal for the "Image Placeholder" thumbnail image to be replaced by the tags (stretching and disorienting the page) for a moment, before the thumbnail loaded properly and fixed the page layout.
To everyone commenting that images will not load: static1.e621.net seems to be down. Images will come back once they get it back up.
How peculiar... FurAffinity was doing the whole thing where it loaded a bare minimum version of the site (white wall with everything, mainly text and few logos on the left side) and just 20 minutes ago started loading properly again. I come here and now images refuse to load for me o.o just tags showing favs and score

yup i have the same bug and i have infinite loading xd
I can't get any images to load, no matter what browser i use. I have also cleared my cache, it did nothing. Thumbnail did not load, picture did not load, if i click download, it doesn't even load the page, it just stays infinitely downloading nothing
I'm having the same problem right now, just loading nonstop with all the images, placeholders and that just unable to load properly at all

Yeah, the static1 site isn't working properly, I wish they gave us updated for stuff like this so everyone doesn't think it's just them, like a server status page would be nice

It seems ever since the whole site wide redesign we've been getting less and less info about what's going on, and the site has been getting more and more unstable with all this down time on the static1 server, static1 seems to be going down like once a week from 11pm GMT-7 Mountain Standard to 4am GMT-7 Mountain Standard (of course that's just average times it goes down since it happens at random)(don't quote me on that tho since it seems to also go offline around noon GMT-7)

I'm also having the same problem as others with the exception that 5-10 % of thumbnails do appear. The posts themselves don't load, however. Is anybody else seeng any thumbnails?

Any images and thumbnails in your browser's cache may still show since it doesn't need to get them from the server. But if it's not in your cache, it won't be able to load.
Just figured i'd throw me issue onto the apparently growing pile of complaints. None of the thumbnail nor post are loading for me ether. Doesn't matter what browser I use, nor what I access the site from (my Laptop or phone). Same result. Nothing.
Possibly unrelated, but I've been having the same issue when accessing Discord from my Laptop (though not my phone).
For some reason I cant look at the posts I favorited. I cant even click on them to view them.

Hopefully we will, this is probably the sites biggest problem since the server change
Thumbnails are bugged, can't see them only the outline telling what the post is (Image, Gif/Animation, Webm) and posts that have loaded thumbnails won't load at all. I'm using a Samsung phone, this error just appeared may 30th at 10ish PM.
